Chirac in new pledge to end riots

I listened to a French friend of mine deliver quite the tirade on why France has a right to be pissed about immigrants who choose to move to the country, then do nothing to help themselves, yet feel for some reason entitled to things they "don't deserve". Then I read this article about promising to create new jobs. Something is amis I must admit.
