Duceppe's points:

-Just started looking at it (the report), its severe against the Liberal Party
-Mirror's alot of his parties questions regarding "orchestrated kickbacks" (I told ya!) and transparancy
-Political direction - Martin had asserted his.
-Paul Martin is unaware? He doesn't think so
-Bloc had identified these issues back in 2000
-Martin is accountable, Duceppe lists several reasons why
-The Liberal Party is in deep trouble, and Martin needs to acknowledge it
-Martin needs to name the candidates that received monies
-Martin used a "Begging tone" when he addressed Canada last year
-There's no need to wait for the second report for Canadians to judge Paul Martin
-We have to have an election to settle this, they no longer have the moral authority to rule
-Give us a day this week and we'll vote (in Parliment)
-No Quebec minister is involved
-*for not having read the report, Duceppe sure can quote specific lines and page numbers!
