Wow. This one just crept up from behind. A charter challenge on Bill 101 (the language law) in Quebec. From the looks of it, I'd say the challenge will be successfully and the Bill will be deemed unconstitutional. Whether that stops the QP government from changing it (or just using the notwithstanding clause to stay in the media!) is anyone's guess.
