Smart or not?

Personally, I think this just might work. Dorms at U.S. schools are including legal download software (napster, realnetworks, etc.) in dorm fees to get students to start getting used to the idea of paying for download services. The hope is that after they graduate, they will remeber that the service has a fee, just like having a phone or internet connection, and pay to play (not steal). Interesting indeed...
