IRA to end Armed Attacks Forever

10 years ago, this would have been earth-shattering. Today, in light of recent events around the world, it sort of pales by comparison. But let's not let this announcement be discounted: a 30-year gorilla war is over. I wonder what the Bono Boys (aka U2) would have to say about this.
