CBC News: Harper promises guaranteed wait times for health services

Hey, I gotta question: How the hell do you plan to magically reduce wait times to something near manageable when you plan to cut taxes? I love 'guarantees'. Here's a rule: If someone makes you a "guarantee" before they actually know the reality of the situation, you can pretty much disregard their statements as BS. If a guarantee is all it takes, then make me Prime Minister because I guarantee you:

- A magic carpet outside your door to gently whisk you away, traffic free, to your high-paying, low tax-ed job
- A highly trained and qualified babysitter on call 24hrs a day
- A "wicked" military (note that "wicked" is in fact a level of military proficiency under my government)
- A winning lotto ticket at least once in your life
