How to make your waterfront beautiful?

Why, build a massive gas-fired powerplant silly!

I may be wrong (and I rarely am), but I believe this is not only right, but this is the second instance (I am struggling to remeber the last one, it was late last year, email us if you know!) that the Ministry of the Environment should have conducted an environmental assesment, but probably won't. Incidentally, an environmental assesment in this situation could probably be conducted by walking down to the waterfront and looking around at that lack of a powerplant in what should be public space (NOT CONDO-LAND!!)
