Grand Avenue Project

I guess this isn't really interesting unless you've been to Los Angeles. The weird part about this city is that its not really possible to pick out the downtown part of it, it sort of lacks a "core". Well, not anymore. Massive build projects seem to be the rage in the US over the last couple of years. Are they helping?
