Canada beats the US to help New Orleans

Louisiana State Senator says thanks to Canada for sending a search and rescue team.  But that’s not the interesting part.  The interesting part is that the team showed up 5 DAYS BEFORE THE US government could get anyone there.  Pathetic, no?
