Natural Gas Prices Set to Soar

In my apartment, they've just replaced the old steam heating system with a new "high efficiency" system. Funny thing is, I seriously question how it could be considered highly efficient, as the thing has to run all day just to keep the one-bedroom apartment above 70. I think what they meant to say was: this unit is highly efficient at driving up your electricity bill while removing the costs from us, so make sure to buy a lotto ticket, suckers. Thanks!
