In yet another feeble attempt to justify the war in Iraq, the CIA concluded its hunt for WMD's today (today?! Didn't everyone else figure this out last year?), saying he didn't have 'em, but he wanted 'em.

I don't have a million dollars, but I want a million dollars. Should I go to jail because someone thinks I may rob a bank to get it?
