Sure he can take the rap for it, what does he care? The world hates him, he's not up for re-election, and there's practically nothing he or anyone else can do to prevent another catastrophe from occurring. Maybe he needs a "War on Hurricanes" or someone to falsely inform him the Iranians are researching Tornado Technology in order to speed up rescue efforts in his own country. I mean, its pretty freakin' sad when Canada beats the most advanced and richest country in the world, with one of the largest standing army's, into it's own backyard. Forget it - you get what you pay for I guess...
